In-person Yoga with Judson resumes
. . . slowly.
Many of us are vaccinated. I hope everyone on this list is, in fact. The vaccines are working and showing fantastic real-world efficacies. Active cases numbers are dropping. So the time has come that I’m willing to teach in-person, indoors, mask-free, with other vaccinated folks.
Gentle Yoga will resume at Balanced You Yoga at 6712 Kingston Pike.
The schedule will be Tuesdays, 5:30-6:45.
The first day will be Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021.
Please do have your vaccinations completed — I don’t want to be responsible for getting two unvaccinated people together in the same room and one of y’all getting the other one sick — or (more unlikely, but possible) getting someone vaccinated sick.
Any prior credit you have from a “Yoga with Judson Bearden Class Card” is still good there. If you’re not sure if you have any or how much, just reply to this email and I’ll let you know. There are folks I haven’t seen in eight years who still have credit. There are people who have moved away and moved back again who still have credit.
As a reminder, my Gentle Yoga class is the most chill regular class I teach. It’s a mix of
=Yin Yoga, to stretch our joints,
=Restorative Yoga, to remind us how to relax
=Gentle Strengthening, so you don’t atrophy and maybe get a little stronger
You need to be able to climb some steps to get to the room, and you need to be able to sit on the floor, but I can work with just about any other conditions you have.
Come relax with us. Around other people. Indoors. It’s crazy and hard to believe it’s happening.
Other face-to-face classes are still being worked out. I’ll let you know when I know!
