Here in the new year, I am teaching twice a week at Balanced You in Bearden. It’s just a few doors up the hill from the library.
Tuesdays@5:30, we do the Gentle Yoga practice. Restorative, yin, and some gentle strengthening.
Thursdays@6, we do the Mindful Yoga practice. Slow sun salutations. Balance. Stretching. Strengthening.
I do still ask that you make reservations on my website so that I know you’re coming and can let you know if there’s a last-minute cancellation. (Last week, for example, I got the flu for Christmas! No fun!) Making reservations is nice and easy. Pick the date, insert your name/email, and hit the button. No signing in. Just letting me know.
