Happy New Year again from Yoga With Judson
Hi, everyone!
I am marvelling that my last message via this list was also wishing you a happy new year. I try to save this list for when I have big announcements, but life’s been pretty mellow, so the Reminders list has been getting most of the love and attention.
We’re still practicing twice a week at Balanced You in Bearden. We do Gentle Yoga on Tuesdays at 5:30. Then we do Mindful Yoga on Thursdays at 6.
You can still make reservations for the classes on my website at stillgarden.com. I’ve made some improvements to the reservation system on my website, so it’s more clear which week you’re making a reservation for.
Reservations really are required. You don’t want to show up to find out either that there’s no class or that there’s not space for ya. But it’s still super-easy — no logins required. It’s just a little form for you to tell me which class you’re coming to, who you are, and how to get in touch in case I need to cancel.
COVID-wise, I’m still asking that everyone who comes be vaccinated. We’re not wearing masks for the most part, but classes are pretty small, and everyone is careful not to show up if they’re sick at all. The limit for both classes is 6. Tuesdays fill up more often than Thursdays.
There are no holiday specials or New Year Resolution deals, I’m afraid, except that prices aren’t going up! Just tryin’ to pay the yoga-related overhead. The price is still $15 for a single class, cheaper for packages (see the website)
Speaking of packages, some of you still have class credits from a decade ago. Let me know if you’re curious whether or not that’s you. You can just reply to this email. Basically, if you ever gave me money for more Bearden classes than you came to, I’ve got your name on this list, and it’s not too late.
