Happy Another New Year
Hi, yogis!
It’s time for the annual reminder that I’m still having yoga classes!
The Reminders list is the one I send a bunch of messages to (basically ever single day we have class).
We’re still practicing twice a week at what was Balanced You in Bearden. Now it’s called Bearden Hill Wellness to cut down on confusion with R’s acupuncture Balanced You.
We do Gentle Yoga on Tuesdays at 5:30. This class sometimes fills up. It’s yin and restorative yoga with gentle strengthening. In other words, it’s the ‘easy’ class.
We do Mindful Yoga on Thursdays at 6. This class rarely fills up. This is the class where we’re more likely to break a sweat or actually exert our bodies. (Hopefully we’re exerting our brains in both classes).
We’re still doing the reservations thing on my website at stillgarden.com. I’ve made some improvements to the reservation system on my website, so it’s more clear which week you’re making a reservation for. There are also optional cookies that will help remind you if you’ve already made an appointment. It’s as functional as I can make it without having you login.
There are no holiday specials or New Year Resolution deals, just that the prices aren’t going up to match inflation! Just tryin’ to pay the yoga-related overhead. The price is still $15 for a single class, cheaper for packages (see the website)
Speaking of packages, some of you still have class credits from a decade ago. Let me know if you’re curious whether or not that’s you. You can just reply to this email. Basically, if you ever gave me money for more Bearden classes than you came to, I’ve got your name on this list, and it’s not too late. It’s never too late. If you’re wondering if I’m talking about you, I probably am. ;)
