Hi, everyone,
I hope by now you’ve seen the CDC’s revised recommendations that we all wear masks in indoor public spaces, even if we’re vaccinated. The reason is that when a rare vaccinated person does get the new Delta variant of COVID-19, they spread it quite well (unlike the other variants). Vaccinated people are still less likely to become infected in the first place.
Keeping that mind:
Mondays at 6pm, I teach Alignment Yoga at the Glowing Body. Please sign up in advance on mindbody. Masks are now required, since vaccinations are not.
Tuesdays at 5:30pm, I teach Gentle Yoga at Balanced You. Reserve your spot at my new website stillgarden.com. Vaccinations are required. Social distancing is impossible.
The CDC guidance is designed around public spaces where you don’t know the vaccination status of everyone, but I’m not epidemiologist enough to know how to safely modify that for our situation. So everyone bring your masks. If you’re attending regularly, let me know what your thoughts are on requiring masks and/or returning to Zoom.
Thursdays at 5:30pm (new time!), I teach an Integrated Yoga class as a series at Breezeway Yoga. We meet three Thursdays a month. This month, those are August 5th, 12th, and 19th. The 26th is the fallback date in case I have to cancel one. The class is 2 hours long, but it is not as intimidating as it sounds. $60 for the month.
For the series, please reserve a spot and pay at stillgarden.com if you can, or just show up if you can’t. Vaccinations required. Social distancing is possible since the room is huge compared to the number of people. Bring your masks. Email/text me thoughts.
